Every great business has an origin story. Mine started with heartbreak — and a whole lot of saddle soap.

When my heart horse colicked three times in a single year, the vet bills added up fast. Like so many equestrians, I found a way to keep doing what I loved. I started trading saddle cleaning with my trainer in exchange for lessons — with people saying I was really good at this and that their saddle looked brand new.

Word travels fast in the horse world. That first year, I cleaned 25 saddles. Then it kept growing — faster than I ever expected.

A few years later, Grit to Glam Saddle Cleaning Co. is the result of that journey: equal parts passion, expertise, and an almost obsessive commitment to getting it right. I bring my certified teaching background into everything I do, which means I don't just clean your saddle — I help you understand how to get the absolute best results possible, every time.
